Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well incorporated. SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN Ingredients: • 3 chicken breast fillets • 2 garlic cloves • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • 4 eggs • 6 tbsp flour • Salt • Pepper • 3 bell peppers • 1 can pineapple in syrup • 1 cup broth • 4 tsp starch • ¾ cup sugar • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 cup vinegar Preparation: 1. Cut the chicken into pieces 2. Sauté garlic and remove them 3. Beat the eggs, mix with the flour and add salt and pepper 4. Pass the chicken through this mixture 5. Fry the chicken in oil 6. Remove excess oil and add pineapple, bell pepper, broth, cover and let cook for 10 minutes 7. In a separate bowl, mix the starch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and the rest of the broth 8. Add this mixture to the chicken and continue cooking for a few minutes minutes more stirring to homogenize.
