Hello! In this video, we do posture and balance exercises while standing that will help improve walking. Several elements are necessary to have a straight and stable gait and it all starts with good posture. You will see the order of the exercises is important, because each exercise adds a difficulty to the previous one. When you have reached an exercise that is too difficult, stop the session or repeat the previous exercises. It is absolutely not worth taking the risk of falling.
