An Egyptian composer and lyricist, the son of the great playwright Bahjat Qamar, born in 1974 in Cairo. He started by composing lyrics for commercials, then in 1991 he participated in composing songs for a singing album entitled (Akhdtah El-Sima), and then got to know the composer (Hassan Donia) who helped him break into the field of cassettes, where he collaborated with a large number of singers, most notably (Amr Diab, Samira Saeed, Hussein Al Jasmi), while his first experiences in the field of composition were through the (Fawazeer Teatro) in 1998, then he composed the movie (Bahebak Wa Ana Kaman) in 2003, after which his works followed, the most prominent of which are (XL, Ibn Al-Qunsul), and he also composed a large number of songs for series’ opening credits, including (Ahl Cairo, Ibn Al-Arandali, Al-Shak).
