In this video we are showing how to assemble a 6m long jig. To start, we will mark the spacing of the stirrups on the iron bars. Then we will position the stirrups. From there, simply tie the stirrups to the iron bars using rebar. For this hardware, we are using 2 8mm iron bars and 4 10mm iron bars. Stirrups are 7x45cm with 5mm iron. Anchoring turns of 15cm on the end bars and spacing between stirrups 20cm. Length of positive and negative bars 5.55. Length of auxiliary reinforcement, third layer 5.20.
