Appetizers for Christmas and the Holidays Three recipes for Christmas appetizers and more appetizer ■ The things I use. my social media, my contacts My Book, You can find them here https://rapanelloelasuacucina.blogspo... ________________________________ Three Appetizers for Christmas and the Holidays recipes for Christmas appetizers and more appetizer Puff Pastry Potatoes Ingredients: 1 medium potato for every 2 people Cheese such as scamorza, cut into pieces Zucchini or sautéed mushrooms, cut into cubes Half a cherry tomato or sauce Oregano, salt, pepper Instructions: Thinly slice a potato for every two people and place in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and mix well. Use muffin molds or aluminum baking cups, lining them with 3-4 layers of potatoes to create a shape similar to that of a rose. Make sure that the bottom of the mold is also covered with potatoes. If the molds are non-stick, proceed; otherwise, butter them before adding the potatoes. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove the potato puff pastry from the oven, which for now look like empty nests. Fill them with previously prepared sautéed vegetables, such as courgettes, mushrooms or pumpkin. Add a slice of cheese such as scamorza or mozzarella, half a cherry tomato, a little salt, oregano to taste. Bake for another 10 minutes. Here is magic, a potato puff pastry filled with flavour and softness. Savory Muffin Ingredients: 2 eggs 120 g flour 15 g oil 15 g parmesan cheese Half a sachet of instant yeast for savory pies Milk 50 ml Cooked ham or bacon, cubed Pepper, a little salt Instructions: In a bowl, place 2 whole eggs, flour, oil, 2 tablespoons of cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Mix with an electric whisk for 3 minutes. Add half a sachet of sifted instant yeast for savory pies. Savory cake yeast is similar to normal cake yeast but without vanilla. Mix for another minute with an electric whisk. Prepare 6-7 greased muffin tins and divide the mixture into equal parts. On top of each filled tin, add pieces of cheese, vegetables or ham, which will sink slightly. Bake in the oven, preferably fan-assisted, at 180°C for 20 minutes. They are delicious hot, cold, reheated, and can be frozen to be reheated on future occasions after being defrosted. Another magic of flavor and lightness. Cheese Wafers Ingredients: Grated parmesan cheese Fresh salad Smoked salmon Mozzarella balls Tomatoes and olives Instructions: In a heated non-stick pan, evenly distribute 2 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Fry without touching until the cheese shows a light straw color. With a spatula, turn the cheese taking it from the edges, being careful not to burn yourself. Turn the cheese wafer over and cook for another 15 seconds. Shape it using a small glass, where you will place the hot wafer that will take the shape of the glass. After 30 seconds, the wafer will be manageable and rigid, and you can continue to make more. You can also prepare the cheese wafers in the microwave, on a plate with baking paper, following the same procedure. After 15 seconds of frying, do not turn the cheese, but proceed directly to shape the wafer on the glass. Fill the cold wafers with fresh salad, adding, for example, smoked salmon, bresaola and rocket, Russian salad or shrimp in pink sauce. Or you can put a delicious risotto inside. #Appetizers #PuffPatePotatoes #FestiveRecipes #CreativeCooking #Scamorza #Zucchini #RecipesWithVegetables #Mozzarella #Oregano #FoodMagic #Appetizers #SavouryMuffins #EasyRecipes #QuickCooking #InstantYeast #GranaCheese #Ham #RecipesWithEggs #FoodIdeas #GourmetCooking #Appetizers #CheeseWafers #GourmetRecipes #Author'sCooking #GratedGrana #SmokedSalmon #MozzarellaPuppies #RecipesWithSalad #FoodArt #TastyRecipes _________________________________ ■ My book https://www.impremix.it/prodotto/fate... ■ RAPANELLO SHOP https://rapanelloelasuacucina.blogspo... ■ The Blog https://rapanelloelasuacucina.blogspo... ■ Facebook / rapanell0 ■ Instagram / rapanello.rapanello ■ Contact only for commercials [email protected] ■ My second channel of HOME AND GARDEN WORKS / @casaegiardinodigabriele rapanello recipes
