Aná bechoach (Hebrew: אנא בכח) is a mystical poem, in which there are six words per line and a total of seven lines. The last sentence is not counted, as it is an exclamation of praise to the Most High Gd; The sentence is not counted because the 42 words previously said would correspond to one of G-d's names, made up of 42 two letters; hence, after saying His Holy Name, there is nothing better than praising Him. However, it is not an acronym. 42 were also the number of stops that the people of Israel made, from Egypt to the Holy Land, during the Exodus. written by Rabbi Flow and Rabbi Micah.
