This time, I participated in the "Sea to Summit Chikuma River/Takasayasan Tournament" held in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture! The three stages consisted of a 12km kayak ride down the Chikuma River, a 22km bike ride enjoying the beautiful scenery of the countryside, and finally a climb to the top of Takasayasan. It was an event where you could fully experience the charm of the outdoors while feeling the connection between the river, the countryside, and the mountains. I was able to enjoy it to the fullest, while being grateful for the unexpected happenings and spectacular views along the way, and the hospitality of the local people! #ChikumaRiver #Takasayasan #SeaToSummit
