Our company, Energy On, was distinguished as one of five companies in Poland in the “Good Practices in Good Hands” competition for this very implementation! An investment worthy of attention is the undertaking carried out by our company, Energy ON. It concerns the installation of a cascade of Panasonic heat pumps together with the installation of a photovoltaic system in a thermally modernized multi-family building made of the so-called large panel. The cascade system of air-to-water heat pumps completely replaced the heat exchanger supplied from the local boiler room using coal dust. In air-to-water heat pumps, we draw energy from the outside air and transfer this energy to the water installation in the building through the heat pump cooling system. The cascade is made up of 5 Panasonic heat pumps in the T-Cap version, which are responsible for heating the building as well as for heating domestic hot water. In addition to replacing the heat source and installing the photovoltaic system, the building also underwent thermal modernization. The selection of the system took into account this data, as well as other operational information needed to match the appropriate solution. Projects of this type are not simple and in order for the investor to enjoy trouble-free and economical operation, many threads must be combined. When changing the heating method to heat pumps in a multi-family building, we almost always have to deal with the need to rebuild the power connections and increase the power. A considerable challenge is to combine all the dependencies, such as: required connection power, power demand for other devices, fixed costs of connections, demand for heating energy on the frostiest days. Failure to take into account any element can easily lead to a trap and future operational problems. The aim of Energy On was to change the heating of a multi-family building in a collision-free manner and as little noticeable to the residents as possible. As a result of this change, we contribute to generating savings by Housing Communities, have a positive impact on environmental protection and sustainable development of heating in Poland. #oze #EnergyOn #Good Practices #OZE #Competition #GreenEnergy #TargiENEX #heatpumps
