In the Lleida Pyrenees is the Aigüestortes i Estany de San Maurici National Park, a fascinating landscape with more than 200 lakes that dot the mountains and valleys, with peak areas. The park is a setting where ancient glaciers have left their permanent mark and offer us a contrast with the great cliffs, among which "Els Encantats" stands out in a special way. Forests of fir, black pine, juniper and mountain scrub and meadows dot every corner and give life to its unique flora and fauna. We can highlight the capercaillies, chamois and bearded vultures as their main inhabitants. One of the most important Romanesque architectural complexes, considered a World Heritage Site, is part of the landscape of this park.
