This aerial photograph shows the JR Sakurai Line (Nara - Takada) from the sky around 1975. Surrounded by the Kintetsu railway network, it is a modest line with a single track, but around 1975, there were many stations that handled freight, such as Kyohoku, Miwa, Sakurai, and Unebi, and Tenri Station was the center of Tenrikyo, so it was a glorious line with many religious special trains (group trains) that ran on it, from the sleeper group train with 10 Orone cars to the Blue Train and Twilight Express. The wiring diagram is from the mid-1970s.
