I visited the popular yoga instructor and lifestyle consultant Eszti Gottschall in Stuart, a small Florida town with barely 17,000 inhabitants. We started our girly day together at his home, where he showed us where and how he makes his videos. He also revealed his daily routine and how he improves himself. Then we went on a city tour and first admired the rocky coast at the Shelter Museum. From there, we headed to the charming, historic city center, where we visited a fantastic hippie shop. In the evening, he tried vegan dishes with me in the restaurant where he works. After the hearty lunch, we took the electric sightseeing trolley to the river bank. On the way to our final destination, the port, we touched on several topics: we talked about Americans, cultural differences, friendships, opportunities to get to know each other, self-development, and also about the advantages of living abroad. Planned works and future plans were also discussed.
