Hello friends! Today I will tell you a story that I hope will serve as a lesson for all of us who are faced with collision repair. This is the story of how I decided to rebuild after a serious accident and how everything did not go as planned. I placed an order for parts from an authorized dealer. When the parts I ordered finally arrived, I was shocked by what I saw. These parts did not match the ones I ordered. You see, this was not just a misunderstanding, it was a real mess. The assembly deadline was missed, and the car was left in disassembled condition. Instead of getting angry and panicking, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began a long and arduous process of communicating with the dealer, trying to convey to them what had happened.
