About :

The theoretical yield of alcohol from sugar is 0.511 kg / kg, and given the density of ethyl alcohol (ρ = 0.8 kg / l), it will be equal to 0.64 l / kg. I took 9 kg of sugar and poured 23 liters of water and added 1 pack of yeast. The mash fermented in 5 days to 0. The yeast worked 100%. The aroma during fermentation resembles the aroma of champagne. As a result of the distillation, I received 14 liters of raw alcohol with a strength of 38.8%. Total Absolute alcohol was 5432 ml, which is 603 ml of AC from 1 kg of sugar. I am very pleased with the result.
