[Interviewed! Find out about Takayama's background!] https://flag-star.site/takayamarathon/ I tweet about it on Twitter / takayamarathon For job inquiries, please contact [email protected] ◆Atsushi Takayama's background◆ He loved sports from an early age, and in junior high school he participated in track and field throwing events, and in high school he joined the swimming club, and aspired to become a trainer to convey the fun and greatness of sports. He enrolled in a vocational school for training trainers and joined a certain major sports club as a part-time employee to gain experience, where he went from part-time to full-time employee, handling various tasks such as on-site and management. Since 2012, he has been recognized for his achievements and teaching skills and has been selected as one of only five personal trainers in the country out of a company with over 2,000 employees at the time. Since 2016, he has been ranked number one in the country in terms of number of customers and sales for three consecutive years. In 2019, he became independent and started working as a freelance personal trainer. He currently runs his own personal training studio in Osaka specializing in runners. In 2018, he took on his first marathon challenge. Rather than focusing on the distance he ran, he was thoroughly conscious of the quality of his training and how he used his body, and achieved his first sub-3.5 marathon time at the 2018 Osaka Marathon. One year and three months later, he achieved a sub-80 time at the Osaka Half Marathon and a sub-3 time at the KIX Senshu International Marathon. Based on his own experience, he is currently instructing a wide range of people in their 20s to 70s on training and running, with the theme of "Fun, injury-free, and personal bests."
