The path of personal development, following an NLP Coaching training and getting started with meditation, journaling, self-love, being intensively coached myself and doing the inner work brought me closer to myself than I could have dreamed. This gave me the courage to truly follow my heart. I want to inspire you to do the same. Which is why I can now be the relaxed mother that my 4 daughters deserve.
