In this conversation, I asked the great Latvian chef Mārtiņš Rītiņš about his mastery, which applies to both the restaurant and the team, as well as his experience serving the most influential officials of many countries. I also asked him about the courage to be different, because Mārtiņš is a unique and vivid personality with a rarely fascinating life story, which can now be read in Linda Apse’s recently published book about him: “De Profundis – Mārtiņš Rītiņš”.
