At this stage, if desired, cover and we can store it in the refrigerator for 1-3 days and make the crepes at another time. To bake in a pan, heat well over medium to high heat, take a large spoon (in a deep ladle) and place in the center. Spread a little to make a thin layer and leave until it starts to rise on its own. Remove from heat. Continue the same process until the mixture is finished. Also, the baked crepes can be kept for up to 3 days in the refrigerator in a container! For the chia pudding (2 servings): 3/4 cup. strained yogurt 3/4 cup. plant-based milk 1 tsp. honey or a sweetener a few drops of vanilla extract (optional) 1/4 cup. chia Mix all the ingredients in a jar, cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, blend together fruits of our choice until they become like a fruit cream. We take yesterday's mixture out of the refrigerator, which should have thickened and become like a jelly-like cream. In another glass jar or glass, serve by creating alternating layers, one of the chia pudding and one of the fruit puree.
