Breathing, Consciousness, Well-being The second symposium of the observatory of unconventional medicines of the Faculty of Medicine of Nice, organized by the OMCNC association took place on Saturday, January 21 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., in Nice. An afternoon of short conferences open to all, exploring in a didactic way the anatomy and physiology of breathing, as well as the different breathing techniques. The program links worlds as diverse as yoga, lyrical singing, high-level sport or competitive apnea. Techniques such as cardiac coherence, mindfulness meditation, sophrology or therapeutic hypnosis will also be covered, with many practical exercises in the classroom.
