Good morning, my name is Anna Farion and I would like to welcome you to the unretouched conversations of Unretouched Quality with Anna Farion. I am the creator and leader of this initiative, as well as the organizer of the National Quality Conferences. I have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years, where I had the opportunity to gain experience at every level in the organizational structure. I currently work as an interim manager outside Poland, constantly striving to improve and inspire others to do the same. In my work, passion and deep understanding of business go hand in hand with energy and commitment. I believe that true leadership is about inspiring people to continuous development, which is why in my approach I focus on empathy, critical thinking and the ability to look at the organization from the employee's perspective. My mission is to combine management theory with operational reality, so that every organization can achieve its full potential. The topic of the episode is #44 Tools for creating a quality culture in an organization Quality culture, although it is an inseparable element of every organization, is a relatively new concept compared to the established concept of "organizational culture". According to the ISO 10010:2022 standard, understanding the relationship between quality culture and organizational culture requires reference to the guidelines contained in ISO 9000:2015, point 2.2.1. This standard emphasizes that "An organization focused on quality promotes a culture that leads to behaviors, attitudes, actions and processes that deliver value by meeting the needs and expectations of customers and other relevant interested parties". During the meeting, in addition to the definition of culture itself, I will outline the topic of the roles played by quality management and the tools used in them. I cordially invite you! #QualityWithoutRetouching #MagdalenaGawarecka #AnnaFarion #QualityCulture
