How to DESIGN Impactful Architecture IN 3 Simple STEPS (Competition with Recognition) Today I'm sharing with you the 3 steps that have allowed me to give structure and clarity to my design process to create radical projects. I'm also going to show you how I used them in an Affordable Housing proposal for Milan, an international competition that just last week received recognition. This process has allowed me to focus on what's important and save time. It's common that sometimes as Architects we are not satisfied with the result of our projects. The problem is not that we were born without the talent of a designer but that we lack time and the right tools to carry out a creative design. In itself, we lack a simple structure for our design process. A structure that guides us through all the uncertainty of the design and focuses us on what's important. We are taught that the creativity of the Expert Architect comes from their paintings, watercolors, and their imagination… When I really believe it comes more from the team they build and the structure and clarity in their design process.
