Add salt, oil and most of the flour and knead a softer dough by hand, adding flour as needed. Divide the dough into 4 parts, knead and leave to soak for about half an hour. Roll out each noodle to the size of a slightly larger shallow plate and divide into 8 parts. If necessary, further spread each part with a rolling pin, moving from the top to the wider part. Put the filling in the middle (slices of sausage, pieces of hard cheese, ham, young cheese with egg, stewed minced meat, jam, ...), then roll up the rolls. They can be filled with both salty and sweet stuffing. Arrange them in a pan and let them start nicely. You will need 2 large baking trays. Brush them with egg and sprinkle with sesame or cumin.
