The 2nd Seminar on Good Practices in Public Procurement, promoted by the Purchasing Center of the Secretariat of Management and Innovation of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (Seges/MGI), in partnership with several government agencies, brings together experts, managers and professionals from all over the Public Administration to share good practices and discuss topics such as innovation, sustainability, technology and efficiency in public procurement. The event's program includes a series of lectures and debate panels that will address topics such as risk management in contract planning and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in public procurement. In addition to promoting the strengthening of institutional networking between the different levels of government and partners, the seminar aims to reinforce transparency in the government procurement process and the training of civil servants who deal with the subject. The seminar will be held in a hybrid format to facilitate access to a diverse audience from various regions of the country, and all vacancies for the in-person format have already been filled.
