(2) Put salad oil on a hot plate and spread it with kitchen paper. Put rice in the center, arrange the beef from step 1 around it, and place the canned corn and butter on top of the rice. Sprinkle on some finely chopped green onions and black pepper. (3) Heat the hot plate to medium temperature and cook the beef, turning it over and over, until it's cooked through.
