Zucchini Rolls - Delicious and Very Simple Dish

Here's the recipe: Zucchini roll notes: INGREDIENTS: 3 narrow zucchinis; 1 pack of ricotta; ½ cup of grated parmesan or similar cheese; 1 or a few cloves of garlic, pressed through a press; 1 teaspoon of basil; 1 teaspoon of oregano; ½ teaspoon of salt; ½ teaspoon of black pepper or chili powder; tomato sauce for greasing the baking tin; ¾ cup of grated mozzarella PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the tomato sauce onto the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices with a vegetable peeler. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each zucchini slice and place it at one end. Roll the zucchini into a roll and repeat until all the strips are used. Place the zucchini rolls upright in the dish, quite tightly. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the mozzarella is golden brown. Ready, enjoy ☺ ☕ Fancy a coffee with us?
