ZT tuning short engine with LangTuning 51Super D We install the cylinder, carburetor and Vape ignition. The cameraman wanted a new engine for his Simson S51 and put it together. Today we are installing the beautiful cylinder from Langtuning including Vape ignition system and ZT tuning carburetor on the new short engine. With the LT51 Super D, Langtuning presents the perfect 50 cc everyday cylinder. The latest knowledge from cylinder design was incorporated into the development and the Super D is manufactured using the most modern manufacturing techniques, which sets standards in material and processing quality. The Super D has a peak output of over 6.5 hp and 7 Nm at just 6600 rpm, which means that the cylinder has a very dynamic and easy-to-drive speed range. The cylinder works very well with an unobtrusive AOA2 exhaust, which further highlights its suitability for everyday use. The extremely high torque gives you the feeling of driving with significantly more cc. The exhaust and intake are not only designed for maximum performance, but also for a very long service life. The transfer contour enables an enormous degree of filling, which gives the cylinder its characteristic bandwidth. The coated cylinder liner and high-quality LT pistons with Pisto Flow System enable very high mileages to be achieved. Advantages of the Super D: Low consumption Very unobtrusive Lower weight Lower friction Significantly improved heat dissipation High wear resistance Langtuning deliberately gives conservative performance values so that anyone can achieve 7 Nm and 6.5 HP with the tuning instructions and will be rewarded with 7 HP with perfect tuning. The result is a cylinder with the LT51 Super D that focuses exclusively on everyday use. The cylinder was therefore trimmed so that it works excellently with the 16N1 carburetor and original air filter. Enjoy the video.
