During 18 years spent working for socio-cultural, environmental and humanitarian NGOs, Jérémie Pichon made the sad observation of a system based on over-consumption, devastating for Man and his environment. In 2014, they decided to embark on a Zero Waste challenge as a family. In three years, from 390kg of waste they went down to 1kg, or one jar per year, and above all discovered a new way of life. They wrote a book from it, Famille « presque » Zéro Déchet « Ze Guide », illustrated by his wife Bénédicte Moret.
