✨ Claudia is a Global Worker from the 67th Promotion and you can follow her experience in Norway on her Instagram @clauinorge. She learned a B1 level of Norwegian from scratch with our Training and Talent Development Program, she did specific Norwegian nursing training and seminars on culture and employability. ✈️ While she was training, we put her in contact with her Norwegian employer so they could get to know each other. Thus, once she acquired her language level, she traveled to Norway with her signed indefinite contract. 💉 She has been working as a nurse in Norway for 4 months, in the town of Vik, in the province of Sogn. Specifically, she works in a sykehjem (residence home). In residences in Norway you can work on different floors: dementia ward, rehabilitation ward, short-stay ward and long-stay ward. Depending on which floor you are on, you will have one type of patient or another (dementia, Alzheimer's, somatic diseases, patients with reduced mobility, recently operated on or just out of hospital). ✅ Our Global Worker says she is very happy to have made the decision to move to Norway. Her intention is to continue improving her language and study one of the 26 specialties that nursing in the Nordic country has. For her, this is an experience that will last a long time! And who wouldn't consider personal and professional development like this living in the Fjord of Dreams? We wish you the best, Claudia!
