Add the soup vegetables and sea salt and chop everything for 20 seconds level 8. Fill into screw-top jars. 🥫 Ingredients for tomato soup with feta 1 onion, halved 2 garlic cloves 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 800 g chopped tomatoes (canned) 150 g water 2 tsp vegetable spice paste 200 g feta, in pieces 20 g basil, in strips, plus a few for garnishing Chop the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl for 5 seconds level 5, then push down with the spatula. Add the oil and sauté for 2 minutes 120 °C level 1. Add the tomatoes, water and spice paste and simmer for 10 minutes 100 °C level 2. Add the feta and basil strips to the soup and simmer for 5 minutes 100 °C level 2. Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with the basil. 🍌 Ingredients for nice cream with banana 500 g ripe frozen bananas in pieces 50 g oat cream/rice cream Put the banana pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 15 seconds level 8, push down with the spatula. Add the oat cream and stir for 20 seconds level 4 until creamy. Divide between bowls, decorate with blueberries, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs as desired, serve immediately.
