With this all-in-one recipe, you can conjure up a classic in your Thermomix® that will put a smile on your face at the kitchen table: tender salmon from the Varoma® with spicy leaf spinach and perfectly cooked potatoes. 🤩 The great thing about it? Then be sure to watch the video. 🥣 Ingredients for salmon with potatoes in leaf spinach: 600 g water 750 g potatoes 600 g leaf spinach 20 g olive oil Salt Pepper 2 cloves of garlic 1 onion 4 salmon fillets 1 bunch of parsley 2 tsp vegetable spice paste 1️⃣ Put the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds level 5. Push down with the spatula. Add oil and cook for 3 minutes 120 °C [TM31 please Varoma®] Level 2. Add water with spice paste. Hang in the cooking basket and weigh in the potatoes. Cook for 20 mins Varoma® Level 2. 2️⃣ In the meantime, wash the salmon, pat dry, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Put the spinach in the Varoma® and season with ½ tsp salt. 3️⃣ Place the salmon on the shelf and put it in the Varoma®. Put the Varoma® on top and cook everything for a further 15 mins Varoma® Level 2. Put the closed Varoma® to one side and empty the mixing bowl. Collect the cooking liquid. 4️⃣ Put 100 g cooking liquid, the parsley, ¼ tsp salt and 2 pinches of pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 secs Level 8. Then pour the stock over the salmon and serve together with the spinach and potatoes.
