It's that easy to conjure up your cheesecake with strawberry sauce directly in the Varoma® - and WITHOUT BAKING! 😳😍 Our Thermomix® expert Dési will show you exactly how to recreate this creamy cheesecake. 🤗 🍰 Ingredients for 6 glasses of 160 ml each: For the base 20 g butter 40 g wholemeal biscuits (e.g. "Hobbits") 20 g almonds 20 g brown sugar For the filling 300 g cream cheese 50 g cream 50 g sugar 2 tsp homemade vanilla sugar 1 pinch of salt 2 eggs 500 g water For the sauce 200 g strawberries (frozen or other fruit also possible) 20 g powdered sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1️⃣ Put all the ingredients for the base in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds level 7. Distribute the crumb mixture into the glasses and press down well with a spoon. Rinse the mixing bowl. 2️⃣ For the filling, put all the ingredients except the water into the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min. level 4. Divide the filling between the glasses, cover with lids or heat-resistant cling film and spread in the Varoma®. Pour the water into the mixing bowl, place the Varoma® on top and cook for 22 min. Varoma® level 2. 3️⃣ Remove the Varoma® and let the cheesecakes cool for about 1 hour. Rinse the mixing bowl. 4️⃣ For the sauce, put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and puree for 20 sec. level 10. Garnish the cheesecakes with the strawberry sauce and serve.
