Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat, line a deep baking tray with baking paper. Put the eggs, sugar and 10 g vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes level 4 until frothy. 2. Add the oil and lemonade and mix for 20 seconds level 3. 3. Mix the flour with the baking powder, put it in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 seconds level 5. Put the dough on the prepared baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, remove and leave to cool. Rinse the mixing bowl. 4. Use the mixer attachment for the topping. Put the cream, 20 g vanilla sugar and cream stiffener in the mixing bowl and beat without setting the time, keeping an eye on it, on level 3 until stiff. In a bowl, stir the sour cream until smooth and carefully fold in the whipped cream. 5. Spread half of the cream on the cake and scatter the mandarins over it. Spread the remaining cream on top and smooth it out. Garnish the cake with cinnamon sugar and chill until ready to serve.
