Push down with the spatula. Add half of the onion strips with the sesame oil and sauté for 3 mins 100 °C level 2. 2 Add honey, lime juice, soy sauce, curry powder, 1 tsp salt and 150 g water. Distribute the carrots, peppers and sugar snap peas in the Varoma. Close the Varoma, put it on and cook everything for 15 mins Varoma® level 2. 3 Prepare the noodles in a pan in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and immediately mix with a little oil. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without adding any fat until golden brown, set aside. 4 Remove the Varoma® and set aside. Mix the starch with 50 g water and add to the mixing bowl, bring to the boil for 1 min 100 °C level 2. 5 Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan. Fry the pork (alternatively chicken, beef or tofu) and the rest of the onion strips in it. Add the noodles and fry for a few minutes. Then add the contents of the mixing bowl and the vegetables and mix everything well. 6 Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve garnished with spring onions, coriander leaves and sesame seeds. ✨ Dési's tip: If you are vegetarian, you can of course easily replace the meat with an alternative or leave it out completely and use a little more vegetables, for example. Instead of pork, you can also use chicken, turkey, beef or tofu.
