With these Thermomix® rolls you can save yourself a trip to the bakery in the future and really enjoy your weekend. ???? ???? Ingredients 500 g wheat flour 300 g water 1/2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 15 g fresh yeast OR 5 g dry yeast optional poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds 1. Put the water, yeast and sugar in the mixing bowl and heat for 2 mins 37 °C level 2. This will ensure that the yeast dough rises perfectly later. Add the remaining ingredients and knead for 3 mins dough mode. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. 2. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and use the spatula to divide it into 10 portions. Shape each one into a round, place the end facing down on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover and leave to rest for another 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 240 °C top/bottom heat. Place an ovenproof bowl with water inside. Cut the rolls lengthways with a sharp knife. For poppy seed rolls, brush the rolls with water and add poppy seeds. This also works with sesame, sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Bake for 10 minutes, then take the bowl out of the oven and finish baking the rolls for a further 5-10 minutes.
