In Lügde, North Rhine-Westphalia, professional chefs Andi Schweiger, Ole Plogstedt and Frank Oehler are taking a trip back to 1985. Owner Annette (54) took over the restaurant 14 years ago from her parents, from whom she learned to cook. Nothing has changed here in 30 years. Neither the facade or the interior of the inn nor the menu. The untrained cook works almost exclusively with cans and preserves from her own corner shop, which just about keeps the inn running. The villagers have also been staying away from the Klosterkrug for five years. Annette has used up her last financial reserves and doesn't know what to do anymore. Professional chefs Andi Schweiger, Frank Oehler and Ole Plogstedt urgently need to start the time machine, because the Klosterkrug should finally arrive in the 21st century.
