How can you make your team and organization agile? These are the questions I hear most every day. The answer is simple: Agile management, like any organizational transformation, is a journey. Not an event. Just like Ken Schwaber states in his book, Agile Enterprise. ???? Don't make this mistake: Most organizations simply change their names, creating daily meetings like #ProductOwner and #ScrumMaster. But does this actually bring greater agility? From now on, forget the rivalries between traditional and agile management. Forget the disputes between Gantt charts and Kanban boards... Agility means observing and applying the values ​​and principles of the agile manifesto that I mention in this video. Other concepts about the Agile approach will be discussed in the next videos in the series. The most important thing is to adopt a mindset of transparency, inspection, adaptation, collaboration, continuous improvement, simplicity, and reflection. Agile management embraces changes that in turn can and should improve based on analysis and feedback of what has already been done. ????
