The restaurant "RedCos", which opened in October 2009 on the outskirts of Leipzig, actually has all the prerequisites for a successful business. The beautiful inn in the middle of a municipal estate could actually be a popular tourist restaurant in terms of its location. But the team is shooting itself in the foot. Chaos and long waiting times are slowly but surely driving manager Stefan to ruin. For him, the mistakes clearly lie in the kitchen! Head chef Sönke, however, shifts all blame away from himself and points to non-functioning kitchen appliances. The 25-year-old tries to get the situation under control, but communication is completely lacking. Head chef Stefan diligently takes reservations, but the kitchen often doesn't hear about them! The coordination between the service and the kitchen is also catastrophic. Everyone happily smears on the receipts until nobody knows what's going on. Of course, complaints from the guests rain down. The cooking professionals intervene! Mike Süsser, Andi Schweiger and Ole Plogstedt set off for Leipzig. The test meal makes it clear that the quality of the dishes simply does not match the location.
