Jose (our client) wanted to have 220V electricity without having to be connected to an external power grid. ???? How do we achieve this? ⚡️ With a powerful 2000W pure sine wave inverter from the Vechline brand, which we have installed to work with all the 220V sockets in the motorhome. ???????? As a detail, this inverter has a transfer relay, which means that the inverter itself detects when there is an external 220V connection and automatically disconnects and vice versa, when the power grid is disconnected, the inverter connects without any of the equipment noticing. ???? It should be noted that the inverter consumes a lot of energy to transform the current from 12V to 220V, and that is why it is advisable to install some extra power source to fully charge the batteries whenever possible. ☀️ That is the reason why we have also installed 2 solar panels of 175W (each) from the Victron Energy brand, with their corresponding solar regulator also from the same brand, specifically a Smart Solar 100/50 MPPT has been installed, a little oversized with the idea of installing one more panel in the near future if necessary. ✅ It is also a good idea to be able to control the battery level, so we have also installed a Victron Energy Smart Shunt to be able to control them. ????
