- Ingredients - 5 cups (paper cups) of glutinous rice, 10 large chestnuts, 15 jujubes, 1/2 cup soy sauce (paper cup), 2 t of salt, 1 1/2 cups (paper cups) of brown sugar, 1 t of cinnamon powder, 2/3 cups (paper cups) of cranberries - Cooking instructions - 1. Soak 5 cups (paper cups) of glutinous rice in lukewarm water for about 1 hour. 2. Slice 10 large chestnuts into 1.5 cm thick pieces. 3. Remove the seeds from 15 jujubes and slice them into strips. 4. In a large bowl, add 4 cups (paper cups) of water, 1/2 cup (paper cup) of soy sauce, 2 t of salt, 1 1/2 cups (paper cups) of brown sugar, and 1 t of cinnamon powder and stir until the sugar dissolves. 5. Add the trimmed chestnuts and 2/3 cup (paper cup) of cranberries to the soaked rice, then pour in the seasoned water. 6. After putting it in the electric rice cooker, press 'Cooking (Regular Rice)' on the menu. 7. Add jujubes to the cooked yaksik and add sesame oil or perilla oil appropriately and mix well. 8. Leave the yaksik in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes, place a plastic bag on a rectangular tray, shape it nicely, and let it harden. 9. Divide the well-hardened yaksik into small portions and store in the freezer. 10.
