Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can seem like a trap with no way out, but with the right support, it is possible to find relief and take back control of your life. In this video I had the honor of interviewing a psychotherapist, Dr. Giusi Motta, with whom we explored what it means to live with OCD: the obsessions that seem impossible to ignore, the compulsions that consume energy and time, and the rigid beliefs that often chain us and are often at the root of this disorder.
