Newstapa analyzed the prosecution’s special activity fund data and found that President Yoon Seok-yeol spent special activity funds as rewards and performance bonuses when he was the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office. Hundreds to tens of millions of won in special activity funds were spent on days when key suspects were arrested, when he had dinner with special investigation team prosecutors, or when there were major prosecution events.
