Welcome to SWEET & SPICY, a powerful Vinyasa Yoga flow for intermediate and sporty beginners. You can expect 25 minutes for the whole body, which will strengthen you and keep you flexible in equal measure. We begin this sequence with 2 calm and relatively slow rounds of Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A) and then move seamlessly into our standing sequence, which we complement with fiery push-up variations and an extended Utkatasana (Chair Pose). At the end there is a wonderful forward bend while sitting, the option to practice Marichyasana A for the first time and of course our final relaxation Shavasana while lying down.
