While it is boiling, we can prepare the sauce. We mix all the ingredients needed for the sauce. We cook, stirring, until it reaches the consistency of pudding and starts to bubble. When the pasta and sauce are cooked, mix them together. Note: You can pour the sauce on top of the pasta after putting it in the glass dish, but I prefer to mix it. If you are going to use a tray, don’t forget the wax paper. Then pour it into a baking tray (I used a tray). Sprinkle the cheese on top. Then put small pieces of butter (or margarine) on the edges and finally in the middle. After cooking in a 180 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, you can wait a little (about 15 minutes) and eat it. BROWNIE INGREDIENTS 200 gr chocolate (bitter + milk) 110 gr butter (I used margarine) 2 large eggs 2 fingers less sugar from 1 cup 75 gr flour (approximately 1.5 - 2 tea cups) 1 package vanilla For the top; Chocolate Sour Cherry (I didn’t use) PREPARATION Melt the butter and chocolate using a bain-marie method. Beat the eggs and sugar until they turn white. When the chocolate mixture reaches a temperature that our fingers can stand, add it to the eggs. Add the flour and vanilla and beat. Put the mixture in a bowl of max 20*20. (I didn't have a small bowl, so it was thin) We bake it in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. ENJOY!!!
