Writer, speaker and consultant on ancient and modern Chinese culture, Cyrille Javary, a field sinologist, has published more than 15 works on Chinese culture, including "Yi Jing, the classic of changes" (Albin Michel 2002) a translation of the founding book of the Chinese way of thinking that revolutionized the view and use of the Yi Jing. Since 1985, he has directed the DJOHI Center: association for the study and use of the Yi Jing, which organized an international conference on the Yi Jing in June 2014.
