The Great Siberian River Yenisei is formed at the confluence of the Biy-Khem (Big Yenisei) and Kaa-Khem (Small Yenisei). Since we have already been to the Big Yenisei, we decided to go on a jet expedition along the Small Yenisei. We are a team of like-minded people who are passionate about fishing on mountain rivers and traveling on prepared boats with jet propellers. The Small Yenisei itself is formed by the confluence of two large rivers, the Balyktyg-Khem and Kyzyl-Khem, we decided to go up the Kyzyl-Khem River to the unique sanatorium with thermal springs Ush-Beldir. We will travel more than 500 kilometers on motorboats, overcome about 30 named rapids, spend several nights in the remote Tuvan taiga at the junction of the Western and Eastern Sayan. We will meet with Old Believers living autonomously in these places, Let's visit the Ush-Beldir sanatorium and spend a few days fishing for grayling, lenok and taimen.
