#Yecapixtla #Cecina #Tacos #Food Yecapixtla, Morelos, has tourism as its main economic activity, in addition to cattle raising, from which they obtain two products with a strong link to the territory: the fresh and mature Creole cheese and, another highly emblematic and long-standing tradition, cecina, which when adding the patronymic Yecapixtla acquires national fame, and is one of the food products that are sent to the United States of America, as part of the nostalgia market. The products, cheese and cecina, representatives of the gastronomic wealth of the municipality, were made entirely, until a few years ago, with meat and milk from the pasture livestock farming, which is developed in the municipality. Currently, part of the meat used in the production of cecina is imported, which is transported to the community vacuum-packed and frozen.
