The ESforce eSports holding and the Russian Federation CS with the support of the developer "Lesta Igri" announced the details of a new large-scale regular league for "World of Tanks". The organizers shared the details in a press release. The game year of the "World of Tanks" league will consist of two splits, each of which includes the following stages: open qualifiers; group stage; LAN final. Within the first split, a prize pool of more than ₽24 million will be played out. It will be held from November 2024 to March 2025. Participants in the first and second divisions will receive invites based on the rating from the tanki.su website, the remaining teams can take part in open qualifiers, as a result of which eight teams will advance to the group stage for the third division. After the end of the qualifying tournaments, a group stage will be held within two months, where each division will host matches in the bo7 format using the round-robin system. Based on the results of the group stage, depending on the place taken, the team will take a cash prize, as well as receive an invitation to the final, go to the promotion tournament, or be eliminated from the league. Next, there will be a stage of closed qualifications using the double-elimination system for 18 participating teams that have retained their places in the league. The two best teams will receive tickets to the LAN final. The LAN final will be held using the double-elimination system at the VK Play Arena, where four teams will compete for the status of the strongest World of Tanks team. The RuHub studio will broadcast the group stage live on Twitch, VK Play, and Trovo. At the end of the season, teams from the second and third divisions will have a chance to improve their position in the league by participating in the promotion tournament.
