She has the lawyers' lives under control: Solveigh, a legal assistant, has to keep an overview of the large law firm and know when which deadlines are due. Becoming a legal assistant - that was not Solveigh's plan A. She actually wanted to successfully complete her law degree and become a lawyer. When that dream was shattered, she had to take a different path. Now, as a legal assistant, she is the interface between the lawyer and the client. She takes care of correspondence, organizes appointments and is generally the lawyers' right-hand man. The job is easy for her because of her previous law degree and so she has found her own way. When we accompanied Solveigh, she had only been employed at her new law firm for two months. It is a large law firm that works internationally, has famous clients and is based in downtown Munich. Solveigh is currently still on probation, but wanted to show us whether her job is worth it. In addition to her work, Solveigh is continuing to study business law. She is currently completing her bachelor's degree and will then begin her master's degree. Law is Solveigh's life - except when she's on the golf course for once. That's "Is it worth it?": One person, one job, one life. And at the end of the day, the question is: Is it worth it? We accompany people in their careers and show their lives. Is it worth it to work for a salary and use it to finance your own life? What makes me happy about my work? We don't just compare salaries, we show how people live from their work.
