About :

From Mengen in Upper Swabia, we set off on a round trip by train with a regional express through the upper Danube valley to Immendingen. There we board a special steam train from the Zollernbahn Railway Friends from Rottweil via Singen and Radolfzell to Überlingen. After visiting the promenade festival there and a short tour of the old town, we take a regional train to Radolfzell for the return journey and after a short stop we take the "Seehäsle" to Stockach. There is a connection there on Sundays and public holidays with the "Biberbahn", which has been taking us back to Mengen via Sauldorf and Meßkirch since 2021 on the Ablachtalbahn, which has been closed to passenger traffic for decades.
