With a chicken breast, I made lunch that was enough for #7# people. I brought a chicken breast with a cup of breadcrumbs, a bunch of parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, a small spoon of salt, chicken seasoning, and coriander. I chop everything well and form the kofta and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then fry it. It is either served with sauce or fried with salad, rice, and potatoes. Bon appetit.
