Wild Horses - Hortobágyi mese will be released in cinemas on November 4, 2021! In the breathtakingly beautiful Hortobágy protected area, in Pentezug, one of the largest wild horse studs in the world is located. Hungary plays an important role in the survival of the animals, which are on the verge of extinction in their homeland, Mongolia, and wild horses can live undisturbed in the steppe. This is where Cseppke, the wild horse foal, is born, and soon, led by his parents, wanders through the endless wilderness broken by vast swamps and small groves, where they live together with foxes, eagles and many other animals. However, the fascinating world around them is far from safe: the life of wild horses is a constant struggle with each other and the natural elements. Zoltán Török's previous feature film, Wild Hungary, released exactly ten years ago, changed the way we view our own environment, the animals and landscapes that surround us, and proved that a Hungarian nature film can have millions of viewers. Török's new film was made over three years using the most advanced techniques, and with a story and visuals similar to the feature film Wild Horses - Hortobágyi mese, it presents the exciting world of wild horses and the Hortobágy Puszta in a way that we have certainly not seen before.
